Kbase Article of the Week: iSight Feels Warm →

July 26, 2022 ⌘ Permalink Stephen Hackett

Apple Support:

After extended periods of use, the surfaces of the iSight camera will become warm. iSight was designed to comply with safety agency specifications; therefore, the surface temperature should not present a safety issue.

To ensure the iSight maintains a safe temperature, use it in a place where the temperature is always between 0º C and 35º C.
