I’m using Marcelo Somers’ helpful script to keep a local copy of my Pinboard bookmarks. I don’t use ifttt.com, but having my Pinboard bookmarks as an XML file in my Dropbox sure feels good. (I’m just manually firing the curl command at this point. I’ll get around to automating it with CRON at some point.)
If you aren’t using Pinboard — or if you are, but haven’t paid for the archiving — you really are missing out on a great web service.
